The Process: 

Step 1: We provide you with a dedicated phone line. 
 
Step 2: We record a message of your choice in the language you need. 
 
Step 3: You distribute the number to your clients. 
 
Step 4: The non-English speaker rings the dedicated phone line and is connected to an interpreter. 
 
Step 5: We connect both the interpreter and non-English speaker to you to deal with the enquiry.
