Anzelika's in the Top 30!

Our translations coordinator Anzelika Gzibovska has been named as one of Hull and Humber’s Top 30 Under 30 for 2022. The awards celebrate the achievements of young people working in local businesses.

Passing her apprenticeship with distinction during the pandemic, she started her journey in the telephone interpreting team and has recently been promoted to her current role which involves liaising with customers and linguists and ensuring deadlines are met.

Lloyd Tidder, our managing director, said that Anzelika has a keen eye for detail, project management and identifying potential business opportunities. “This has been recognised at all levels of the company, and she works tirelessly to make the translation service the best it can be,” he said.

Anzelika is the third person at Language is Everything to be awarded the accolade. In 2019, head of finance Chelsea Myers was named as one of the Top 30 Under 30, followed by Lloyd in 2021. Both started their careers with Language is Everything in apprenticeship roles.

CEO Carolyn Johnson said that the company strives to create a positive and supportive work environment. “Every member of the team knows that they have a vital role to play in providing an excellent service to customers, linguists and colleagues,” she said. “We have built a culture where employees are encouraged to take the lead in growing their roles within the business to make them their own.
