Language is Everything named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ 2024

We are proud to announce that we have been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™.
The Best Workplaces for Women™ list recognises companies in the UK that ensure a reasonable balance of women and men across the organisation; removing barriers to women’s career advancement; and creating workplaces where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish.
Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience to foster cultures that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and better society.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed the anonymous responses of females in the workplace and considered their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leadership. They then used these insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.

This achievement only goes to those organisations whose people told the employee survey that theirs is a genuinely great place to work for ALL employees.
I believe that regardless of age, personal circumstance or experience, every woman in the workplace should feel equal in all respects to their male colleagues.
One of my favourite quotes is by the iconic British Actress, Audrey Hepburn who said, “Don’t sit down and wait for opportunities to come. Get up and make them.”
