From Apprentice to Managing Director
From apprentice to managing director, Lloyd is a fantastic example of what can be done with hard work and dedication. He is highly motivated and committed to self-development and growing the business.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we saw major growth in on-demand, 24/7 telephone interpreting, and Lloyd ensured that we operated at record levels while maintaining the quality of service and keeping all members of staff safe.
Lloyd is a natural leader, always enthusiastically pushing for improvement and exceptional customer service. In 2021, he was named as one of the Top 30 Under 30 – a high profile regional business award.
There have been some great success stories over the years, and we are proud to be an official apprenticeship employer which enables us to provide the opportunity for young people to enjoy a successful start to their careers.
