Dear Carol

I am writing from the IMPs [Intermediate Mental and Physical Health Care] Team. I would like to let you know how pleased we are with the Interpreter Service which we have received from your organisation.

For example, today we had an urgent need for a Portuguese interpreter for an assessment. We phoned at 0930 asking for an interpreter at 1130.
I know that this was very short notice but I was informed by one of your members of staff, Chris, that they would do their best and would be in contact shortly to see if this could be offered. Approximately 5 minutes later I was phoned to be told that this had all been organised and I would be sent a confirmation email with the interpreter's picture. The picture also makes it far easier for us to look out for someone in frequently very busy locations.

We are very grateful that Chris was very helpful, but I would also like to let you know how professional and punctual your interpreter was. Her name is Priscilla who arrived 30 mins early for the appointment and was very efficient and allowed us to complete the assessment with a client who had other communication difficulties.

I would be grateful if you could pass on to your staff how pleased we are with the service they provide.

The situation was that of a very difficult one that police and ambulance had to be called.

Dear Ms Bowes,

I would like to express my thanks to you and your team for the wonderful service you provide.

I would especially like to thank Lynda Wilton. I have dealt with her twice this year when I had to hire a BSL interpreter and I have found her to be efficient, friendly and helpful. I spend a huge percentage of my working life chasing people for jobs to be completed and emails to be at least acknowledged or answered and I find her 'can do' attitude really refreshing.

She always does what she says she will and follows through in a timely fashion. Lynda was given short notice by me to organise an interpreter, (such is the nature of the Citizenship ceremonies here at the Register Office), and once again, she delivered the goods! 

Thank you for such an efficient and helpful service with a real 'can do'
attitude!
