Language company enjoys its best ever year

The interpreting and translation company EITI officially publishes its annual report for 2003 today, recording its best year to date for turnover, customer satisfaction and new business.

In the year ended 31 December 2003, EITI increased its turnover by 13% to £1.3 million and, according to the results of 905 feedback forms sent out during the year, achieved 100% customer satisfaction. The company also launched a number of new services, including a groundbreaking ‘language hotline’ service for the charity CancerBACUP.

“We’re delighted with our results for 2003,” said EITI’s Chief Executive, Carolyn Burgess. “All of the team at our operations centre have done a fantastic job and they should be very proud of what they have achieved.”

EITI, which was formed in 1992, provides interpreting and translation services to more than 500 organisations throughout the UK, including a wide range of public authorities, businesses, law firms and charities.
