Who are we?
Language is Everything is an interpreting and translation agency based at the World Trade Centre Hull & Humber.
We are called Language is Everything because we passionately believe that language is everything. Your reputation matters to us – after all we are judged by your success.
We offer the complete package of interpreting and translation services including technical translation services, our highly skilled linguists are professional translators with huge experience in areas such as renewable energy.
We are proud of our reputation, our telephone interpreting, face to face interpreting, translation services offer a level of quality other companies aspire to. We believe that there are no economies of scale in a customer service industry such as ours: bigger is not necessarily better. At the same time, we try to be more than 'just' a translation agency. For example, we're a proud supporter of AfrOx, an organisation working to improve cancer prevention and control in Africa.
We are also strongly committed to our local community, sponsoring numerous initiatives in schools and colleges throughout the region.

What’s our story?
We started in 1992, incorporated in 1997 and relocated all our operations to Howden in 2001, following further organic growth during the subsequent years saw us relocate our operations to The World Trade Centre Hull & Humber in 2011.. We are strongly committed to remaining an independently-owned, UK-based company providing a level of service other translation companies aspire to.
In 2009 we won the Chairman's Award for enhancing the Economy of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
What makes us different?
A simple and straightforward approach to customer service. When the Hull Daily Mail asked our chief executive, Carolyn Burgess, for the best piece of advice she had ever been given in business, she quoted Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not any simpler”.
