Customer feedback 2004

EITI measures customer satisfaction using a standard feedback form, which asks customers how strongly they agree or disagree with statements about EITI. A total of 240 forms were sent to customers during 2004; the results are shown below.

EITI’s standard feedback form is also available in other languages. These translated forms are used, at the request of a customer, to assess the views of the customer’s non-English-speaking client.
