What’s our story?

We started in 1992, incorporated in 1997 and relocated all our operations to Howden, East Yorkshire, in 2001. We are strongly committed to remaining an independently-owned, UK-based company.

A simple and straightforward approach to customer service. When the Hull Daily Mail asked our chief executive, Carolyn Burgess, for the best piece of advice she had ever been given in business, she quoted Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not any simpler”.
